FIDI Accredited International Mover
AMJ Campbell World Wide Relocations is proudly dedicated to providing quality service to customers by continuing to hold certification FAIM. This designation provides proof that we perform to predetermined, “world class” quality standards in each and every aspect of our operation.
Corporate accounts, government agencies and even relocation companies are now specifying the FAIM quality assurance standard as a condition of bidding for their business.
FAIM is an independent quality assurance program that is dedicated to the international moving industry and exceeds the specific industry requirements of any other quality standards such as ISO. FAIM assures consistent quality regardless of origin or destination.
To ensure that we maintain our certification, we must:
- Monitor and measure performance
- Set clear objectives
- establish a system of accountability
- provide on-going training and recognition incentives
- undergo scheduled, independent audits by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young
- meet the requirements of 16 quality parameters as set out by FIDI
FAIM certification is a requirement to retain membership in both FIDI (Federation of International Furniture Removers) and OMNI (Overseas Moving Network International). Only companies who can meet the exacting standards of quality performance, human and equipment resources and financial stability are allowed to be members of these prestigious organizations. AMJ Campbell World Wide Relocations is indeed proud to wear this badge excellence.
